Brown and white in a tree. Sitting resting. He was just chasing a mouse. Did he catch it? No. Thinking, can he find another mouse? He looks pretty, the colors of his feathers, like a flower. He is in the dark, tired. And all this time, I was in bed, thinking about an owl. |
