A Sweet Surprise By Brenna Cooper
Rare and sweet, I hike through the woods to find this rare species of plant. Just discovered in 2012, And almost extinct, I must taste it. On the trail, I catch a glimpse of a colorful plant! Jogging up to it, I find what I’ve been looking for, The jellybean plant! Celebrating, I take it from the ground and put it in a pot of soil. Excited to have a lifetime supply of jellybeans, I’m grinning from ear to ear. |
