In the Morning By Bennett In the morning when it is Still dark out We pull up to Kwik Trip Grab a donut and coffee Come out and see a chipmunk On the sidewalk run Under the ice container. I bend down And break off a piece of donut And hold it in the palm of My hand. Chipmunk Peaks its head out and jumps Up on my hand and eats The blueberry donut. |
