When I went to circus my friend
Did the splits all the way down
And I asked her if she could
Teach me how to do the middle splits
All the way down. She
She said I should either go down
Until it hurt and stay there until
It didnít or go into a frog stretch
Which is where you go on your
Knees and put your hands out in
Front of you and do that about
Fifteen minutes every day.
